Yep, I am old and I kind of reminence about the 'old days'.

Like pen pals and all the friends I made writing to people in other countries and other parts of the states.

Finding out what people are doing and living daily. I found it to be cool, but it is a practice I have fallen out of - thanks to the great invention of instant - e-mail. Which I love.

But, I swear I hate getting bills in the mail and never any nice letters to open. That special something to put into a scrapbook - tie with ribbon and put into special boxes marked - pen pals and old/new friends.

Since, I will be traveling (soon, I hope) it would be nice to send letters to friends, get the lowdown on area and make friends that I could not have made otherwise.

So onward and old fashioned I go.
